16.08. - 17.08. KĀLA LAKE, dance performance

Ezera Skanas (Sounds of the lake) is a musical, visual and metaphysical event that starts before the sunrise - 4:00 AM. Events unfolds on the stage in the middle of a distant lake. It is momentary in its nature, it resembles like a dream. Without formal speeches, without any names and rules it remains a personal and unifying experience.

People attend the event in their boats during the middle of the night. There is silence and darkness all around the lake. Then the first objects of light appears. The first sounds begin to play. Performance grows up with the rising light and culminates with the sunrise. Music and visual objects complement the natural landscape and have a stimulating nature, leaving an open space for each ones imagination.

16.08. - 17.08. KĀLA EZERS, dejas performance

Ezera Skaņas ir muzikāls, vizuāls un metafizisks pasākums, kas sākas pirms saullēkta – 4:00, uz skatuves, kas peld mazapdzīvota ezera vidū. Pasākumam ir mirklīgs raksturs, tas atgādina sapni. Bez oficiālām uzrunām, bez uzvārdiem un noteikumiem, katram pašam sev un visiem kopā.

Cilvēki pasākumu apmeklē laivās. Tie dodas ezerā nakts vidū. Visapkārt valda tumsa un klusums. Ezera vidū parādās pirmie gaismas objekti un pirmās skaņas. Tās pieaug līdz ar gaismu un kulminējas, saulei uzlecot.
